Summer Strength Program See All Times

June 3, 2024

This is a 8 Week Summer strength and conditioning program for the serious athlete. There will be groups for 8-11 and 12+. Each sessions will be 1.5 hours long, with running and lifting incorporated.

The Week Of July 1-5 is an Off Week.
