12+ Yr Old Summer Strength Program $350 • 3 visits per Week for 9 weeks • This is a hour and a half session. 30 minutes each session will be spent on speed, agility, acceleration or a conditioning component. The remaining time will be spent teaching and progressing accordingly strength programs with free weights, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.

8-11 Yr Old Summer Strength Plan $350 • 3 visits per Week for 9 weeks • Hour and a half training sessions. 30 Minutes each session will be spent on speed, agility, acceleration or a conditioning component. The remaining time will be spent introducing strength workouts. With this age group we will be focusing on mainly bodyweight, bands and light kettlebells to teach proper technique will progressing them through out the summer.

Virtual Training Programs $100 every month • Unlimited visits • This is available to purchase monthly programs that are used within the facility or more individualized for each person.

Youth Athletic Performance x1 $100 every month • 4 visits per Month • This is for members only coming once a week and committing to the full four weeks to avoid paying drop in rates.

Typically the ages between 8-11. Learning the basics of technique through body weight and light Kettlebell exercises. Speed, Agility and Plyometrics will also be incorporated.

Youth Athletic Performance $160 every month • Unlimited visits • Typically the ages between 8-12. Learning the basics of technique through body weight and light Kettlebell exercises. Speed, Agility and Plyometrics will also be incorporated.

Athletic Performance $200 every month • Unlimited visits • Typically experienced High School and College Athletes. On Occasions some highly advanced middle school athletes. This program has monthly programming with speed, agility, plyometrics and full body weight training.

Adult Fitness $200 every month • Unlimited visits • These trainings follow monthly programming that combines strength and metabolic conditioning together. Each workout will involve a total body workout with an emphasis of keeping the heart rate up the whole workout.
